Four Guidelines to Discern Right From Wrong:
* Do you deep down feel as if it might be wrong? If in doubt, don´t! "Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God...for whatsoever is not of faith is sin." Rom. 14:22,23.
* Does it edify others, or only self? Will it hurt others? "...Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others." Phil. 2:3-4. "For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself." Rom. 14:7.
* Will it cause others to stumble? It´s not good to do "any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak." Rom. 14:22.
* Will I have peace about it after I do it? "Let your moderation be known unto all men. the Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplications with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phil. 4:6-7.
