Consider setting goals instead of making New Year`s resolutions. Unlike resolutions, goals are ongoing projects, so if you fail January 1 or 2 to reach your goal, you still have 363 days to keep working toward -- and to successfully reach -- your objective!

Next week we`ll get a bit more specific about our goals for 2002.
