Poem: Hands So Gentle...
Hands So Gentle, So Strong
(by Jackie (Micke) Jinks)
These are hands oh, so gentle
Yet strong as they can be
Helping my way through life
They´re always there for me.
Reaching to pick me up
When I stumble along the way
Crowning my soul with glory
When I´ve nothing more to say.
Passing on to me my needs
Not always what I pleasure
But they know best, what I should have
These given as my treasure.
These hands have never failed me
They´ve stayed with me so long
My Lord´s hands hold me dearly,
So gentle, yet so strong.
(Me? I´ve placed my life in these hands.)
