Here are two questions to ask about borderline issues that are not specifically mentioned in the Bible:
* Will it make another Christian stumble? Itīs not good to do "any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak." Rom. 14:22.
* Will I have peace about it if I do it? "Let your moderation be known unto all men. the Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplications with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phil. 4:6-7.
